Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $68,188.30
Mid = $88,644.78
Max = $109,101.27
Summary:
The Onboarding Supervisor oversees and leads the day-to-day onboarding processes while providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position will serve as the leader for the onboarding team, ensuring that new employee hires have a smooth and welcoming experience. In addition, this role will manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help streamline HR-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Service Representatives in onboarding to ensure all new hires have an efficient, positive, and well-coordinated onboarding experience.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
- Ensure communications related to onboarding hires occurs to relevant groups to facilitate timely setups with relevant departments for orientation, training, IT setup, workspace preparation, and benefits enrollment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the onboarding team, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of onboarding tasks.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training for the onboarding team, ensuring they are aligned with company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Develop and implement processes to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the onboarding experience.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the onboarding team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Facilitate, audit, and assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed and filed correctly by the onboarding team.
- Greet and assist incoming candidates, employees, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, offering assistance or redirecting inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is always organized and welcoming.
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks.
- Reconcile expenditures related to the recruitment and onboarding process
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials and documentation.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with Infor is a plus).
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
