Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Max = $118,313.65

Summary:
The Systems Engineer I demonstrates exceptional technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security; works independently and perform complex work to install, deploy, modify, test, document and upgrade storage, server and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Publishes applications in presentation server and test the application for connectivity; troubleshoots Citrix printers, profiles, resource thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration. 

Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system; manages and supports NetScaler Gateways; maintains accurate and updated documentation for procedures and process with Citrix systems; utilizes lean concepts to develop, document, and execute processes and procedures. 

Troubleshoots failed jobs with EPS Console; updates Print Drivers on servers; updates EPS Server with latest Client Pack; deploys packages via EPIC Kuiper to Hyperspace Web, BCA Web, Web Blob, and Interconnect.

Maintains and registers all hyperspace URL’s; updates client packs for Citrix presentation servers; configures interconnect instances; maintains accurate and updated documentation for procedures and process for EPIC Client Systems/Administration; utilizes lean concepts to develop, document, and execute processes and procedures. 

Performs system administrator functions for systems in addition to installation, configuration, and maintenance of various system/server components.

Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure; maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

Participates in the design of information and operational support systems; oversees the day-to-day maintenance task and support of various systems, while helping maintain a highly available infrastructure. 

Designs, plans and coordinates project work efforts with various vendors, service providers, and organizational staff/departments for construction initiatives, remodels and organization growth; reads and interprets service orders, maps, blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings (i.e., mechanical, electrical, digital), etc.
