Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $68,875.27
Mid = $86,094.08
Max = $103,312.90
Summary:
The Recruiter manages the Talent Acquisition process for Yuma Regional Medical Center via the applicant tracking system and other resources through which candidates apply, vetting applicants for possible hire and making the appropriate contacts and referrals within YRMC.
Responsibilities:
Screens, interviews, sources, and provides the highest level of recruitment services to internal stakeholders and the external community; Provides guidance and feedback to hiring decision makers throughout the recruitment process; Acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external candidates and stakeholders; Manages the recruitment process electronically through the talent acquisition system and other available resources.
Sets salaries per compensation guidelines for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers/promotions; Makes offers and manages the offer process within these guidelines, to include any relocation and bonuses that may be offered.
Partners with internal human resources, hiring managers, employees, and stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective talent acquisition services; Partners with external vendors on an as-needed basis.
Provides service in accordance with the service level agreement, to include timely candidate screening and response to correspondence; Creates and manages effective strategies and processes to identify, source, assess, and recommend the most qualified talent; Understands hiring managers’ lines of business.
Travels to job fairs, conferences, and community events as eligible and required.
