Mid = $78,267.35

Summary:
The Provider Enrollment & Productivity Specialist oversees and manages compliance of provider enrollment services and quality projects. Ensures that all new Providers are thoroughly enrolled in a timely manner including initial application from Provider, follow through with all payors to avoid processing delays, and verification that appropriate YRMC locations are attached to each Provider for billing purposes. Oversees delegated credentialing process for all new Providers including the development of organizational written policies and procedures, management of current and accurate Provider roster, and credentialing documentation for those under delegated credentialing process. Collaborates with leadership to support project management of the provider quality incentive process and is responsible for the generation, verification, and critical analysis of provider documentation to determine appropriate wRVU value to ensure accurate reporting and provider payment.
Responsibilities:
Ensures that all new Providers are thoroughly enrolled in a timely manner including initial application from Provider, follow through with all payors to avoid processing delays, and verify that appropriate YRMC locations are attached to each Provider for billing purposes. Collaborates with Patient Financial Services department to ensure all enrollment documentation is in place to ensure claims are filed in a timely manner and without delays.
Manages the MD Staff Managed Care credentialing database including reporting and administrative duties for creation of locations. Manages delegated credentialing process for all new Providers, develops organizational written policies and procedures, manages current and accurate provider roster and credentialing documentation for those under delegated credentialing process.
Ensures accurate Meditract process for Provider contracts.
Responsible for the generation, verification, and critical analysis of provider documentation to determine appropriate wRVU value to ensure accurate reporting and provider payment. Present quarterly wRVU reports to providers and leadership. Responds to reporting inquiries and offers clarification and confirmation of reported data.
