Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $82,507.84
Mid = $107,260.19
Max = $132,012.54
Summary:
The Manager Provider Recruitment leads the daily operations of provider recruitment. Responsible for overall recruitment strategy, tracking, analytics, and reporting for the recruitment team. Provides oversight to provider recruitment staff to meet the recruitment needs of the medical group, organization, and community. Establishes and enhances processes and procedures, ensuring compliance within the department and/or system standards, policies and procedure and applicable laws and regulations. Takes a strategic and deliberate approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes and developing plans of action to implement changes.
Responsibilities:
1) Leads a team of provider recruiters and support staff.
a. Coach, mentor, and inspire each provider recruiter to ensure the successful recruitment of providers to meet the needs of our medical group and overall, community.
b. Supports all functions of the life-cycle of Physician and APP recruitment to include sourcing, screening, background precheck, interviewing, offer, contract negotiations/finalization, relocation, and full integration into YRMC and the Yuma community.
c. Direct recruitment of physicians and advanced practice professionals as necessary, based on the fluctuation of recruitment volumes.
d. Serves as subject matter expert for provider recruiters.
e. Acts as a liaison between the provider recruiters, director, hospital leaders and medical group leadership.
f. Develops/maintains standard operating procedures and works to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
g. Manages various personnel functions including hiring, work assignments, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions, as necessary.
2) Develops and advances strategies for provider recruitment to maintain key performance indicators and support strategic growth intitiatives.
a. Assists with the creation of growth and forecasting projections for YRMG provider recruitment, while ensuring team alignment with staffing and recruitment budget.
b. Determines the best recruitment strategy for each specific specialty (advertisement, fairs, conferences, outside of the box ideas).
c. Measures ROI for advertisement and pivots as needed to ensure greatest value on investment and return.
d. Serves as an advisor to provider recruiters on advertising content and marketing collaterals to ensure our branding remains fresh, vibrant, and eye-catching.
e. Develops an understanding of market competitors to be able to support YRMG continued growth.
3) Collaborates with various clinical and operational teams to build partnerships and develop unique solutions to ensure continued success with placement of new providers.
a. Responsible to collect and maintain accurate data for each recruitment specialty on an annual basis or as applicable.
b. Collect specialty and clinic specific data from each operational leader.
c. Maintain a repository of all data collected for assigned provider recruiter.
4) Maintains and utilizes provider applicant tracking system to document recruitment activity and facilitates the production of reports and dashboards to develop trends and areas for process improvement.
a. Tracks and produces a weekly and monthly report of provider recruitment efforts and activities.
b. Utilizes data to ensure each provider recruiter is prompt and attentive throughout each stage of the candidate process.
c. Responsible for the development of all recruitment-related tracking reports and analytics as requested.
5) Maintains relationships with external vendors including external recruitment firms, locum agencies, sourcing and texting platforms, realtors, travel booking platforms and local community partners.
6) Facilitates and supports the administration/submission of various internal recruitment and retention strategies/programs (sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and referral or retention bonus).
7) Assists with provider recruitment and/or relations events.
8) Other duties as assigned and/or requested.
