Mid = $130,644.58
Max = $160,793.32
Summary:
The Outpatient Surgery Manager is responsible for achieving departmental objectives through effective staff management, planning, and evaluation of departmental activities. They work in collaboration with the Director of Pre-Post Surgical Services for the Outpatient Surgery Department (OSD) to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Oversees the OSD team by representing and embodying Onvida’s pillars and values by assessing personnel performance, interviewing, selecting, and providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. Encourages professional growth among team members.
Change Management and Collaboration: Coordinates, facilitates, and manages change within OSD demonstrating strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Acts as a facilitator or member of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan OSD patient care effectively.
Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned to meet departmental and organizational needs
