Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Max = $159,735.17

Summary:
The IT Communication and Change Management Leader is responsible for driving the people side of technology change within the organization. This role ensures that IT-driven transformations—such as system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity programs, or digital initiatives—are clearly communicated, effectively adopted, and successfully embedded across the business. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology teams and end users, crafting strategies that build understanding, readiness, and enthusiasm for change.

Responsibilities:
Change Management Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies to support IT programs and initiatives (ERP, CRM, cloud migration, cybersecurity, digital workplace, etc.). Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to anticipate and address potential challenges. Design and manage change plans including communication, sponsorship, training, and resistance management components. Partner with project managers and IT leadership to embed change management into project lifecycles. Define KPIs and adoption metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Communication Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and targeted communication plans that explain the purpose, benefits, and impact of IT initiatives. Translate technical information into accessible, business-friendly language for diverse audiences. Manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, executive updates, webinars, and town halls). Create multimedia content (FAQs, infographics, videos, user stories) to reinforce understanding and engagement. Advise IT leaders on communication timing, tone, and stakeholder messaging to ensure alignment and transparency.

Training and Enablement: Collaborate with learning teams to develop training and user enablement programs for new tools and technologies. Ensure end users have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to use new systems effectively.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or related field
  •  5+ years of experience in IT communications, organizational change management, or digital transformation.
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience managing communication and change for large-scale IT implementations (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, or cloud).
