Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Summary:
The Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and daily operations of the organization’s identity and access management program within Onvida Health. This role ensures that all users have the appropriate level of access to systems and data necessary to perform their duties, while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and internal security policies. The IAM Manager leads a team focused on securing electronic health information, streamlining access workflows, and supporting access to critical systems such as Epic, clinical and business applications.
Responsibilities:
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce policies and procedures for access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal security policies. Coordinate internal and external audits and provide documentation supporting IAM controls and risk mitigation.
Program Leadership: Lead the enterprise IAM program, ensuring consistent access governance across clinical, administrative, and technical environments. Develop and maintain IAM strategies and roadmaps that support organizational initiatives and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Compliance, HR, IT, and application teams to maintain secure and efficient user access workflows.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IAM staff, provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Act as an escalation point for access-related incidents and service requests.
Systems and Technology Oversight: Manage IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Imprivata, and similar identity governance solutions. Oversee integration of IAM with the Electronic Health Record and applications within the organization. Maintain and enhance single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management capabilities. Partner with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure secure directory services and proper role-based access controls are in place. Drive automation of user account lifecycle events through identity workflows and integrations with HR, clinical and business systems.

Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with 3 years IAM experience. Experience with IAM in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
