Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $62,613.88
Mid = $78,267.35
Max = $93,920.82

Summary:

The Experience Analyst (XA) serves as a partner with YRMC leadership to provide insight through advanced analysis and synthesis of experience data. The Analyst leads projects, consults on process improvements, and embraces innovative change solutions to address the ever-changing demands of health care. This individual facilitates multidisciplinary meetings which align organizational strategy and patient/provider/employee/family experience (i.e. Patient Experience Steering Committee). The XA manages the YRMC Patient Experience survey process, feedback channels and ensures the process meets accreditation and regulatory requirements. The Analyst makes recommendations and provides customized guidance based on the individual area’s performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Compiles, edits, analyses and reports on Experience data relating to YRMC programs or activities.
  • Trends, monitors, drills down, and analyzes findings to determine areas of opportunity and provides a summary of those findings.
  • Leads meetings with multidisciplinary team members to support experience initiatives, explain reports, leverage strengths, gain insights, and motivate/empower employees.
  • Serves as primary experience team member in managing survey and patient feedback process; including troubleshooting patient experience issues and assists in designing solutions.
  • Trains and develops leaders and team members on processes and tools used to measure the patient experience.
  • Performs additional duties as needed and under the direction of the Director of Digital Experience Data Management
  • Assists in developing and maintaining digital tools to support the experience continuum across YRMC
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.


Minimum Requirement: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years related experience analyzing and trending consumer behavior data in healthcare organizations or related service-oriented industries.

PREFERRED: Master's Degree and/or Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP)
