Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $194,549.16
Mid = $252,913.90
Max = $311,278.65
Summary:
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel provides legal advice and guidance to Onvida Health, including Onvida Health Yuma Medical Center and Onvida Health Medical Group. The position supports organizational leaders and initiatives and front-line staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzes and advises on the impact and application of federal and state health care laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
2. Prepares, reviews, and negotiates as applicable, contracts, governance and transaction documents
3. Helps support risk and compliance teams under the General Counsel
4. Works closely with interested stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and conduct investigation/reviews as needed
5. Serves on committees and assists in the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures and processes
6.?Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.?
